returns

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-return policy. However there may be certain exemptions to this. Contact us to discuss your particular situation.
All purchases made using a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be refunded.

damages + other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have any concerns with your order please reach out to us within 3 days of your order being delivered.

refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. AN ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED. If for any reason we agree to a refund, the customer will pay a processing and restocking fee of 30%.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note your credit will be less 30% + any shipping costs. Returned items are at your own expense.
You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
